The AYCE® Modular Chassis is the ultimate successor to modular chassis. We designed this Chassis with the aim of eradicating the race for inserts. Modularity is always king, but finding the right insert for the equipment you want to take along is often a complicated task, and the total bill can quickly become very expensive.
The AYCE® Modular Chassis is a tactical vest chassis supplied with a modular composite insert. The modular insert is securely attached using the LVMS® system, eliminating the need for noisy, cumbersome and quickly-worn Velcro®.
The front and sides are covered by a MOLLE matrix with reinforced rows to ensure secure anchorage of your pockets and EUDs.
Through cut-outs and openings allow cables to be passed through for easy storage. Underneath, cut-outs allow water to drain away, and elastic rope to be anchored to carry tourniquets, explosive charges and more.
The AYCE® Chassis is attached to the vest by means of rigid anchors that fit into the last row of MOLLE loops and the Velcro® front, eliminating the need for vertical loops and freeing up space on the vest. Accessories (not supplied) make it compatible with vests with vertical buckles and G hooks.
The Modular composite insert is composed of a main structure and separators (two types: (end separators and central separators) which are then surrounded by one-wrap collars enabling fine adjustment of retention. The list of materials tested and our recommended spacings are available below.

As a general rule, if your loader/equipment clings to the velcro, you need to increase the spacing of your velcro collar. And if your equipment moves at the bottom, you need to reduce the gap between the separators.
