Exchanges or Refunds.
Provided the item is within 28 days of receipt of your order and is in ‘as new’ condition you can return it to us for an exchange for goods to the value of or greater. This exchange can be either for the same product but in a different size or colour, or for an entirely different product altogether. In the case of an exchange for an alternative product, assuming a difference in price, we will be able to deduct the value from the new item purchase.
The product must be unworn and in a re-sellable condition with all swing tickets attached. In instances where a product shows obvious signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer unless covered under particular lifetime warranties offered by individual manufacturers. All lifetime warranty products must be returned directly to the company of manufacture.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty. If you have damaged your product in an accident, or through sustained and long-term use, then please contact us to discuss options. All lifetime warranty products must be returned directly to the company of manufacture.
Faulty goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs and not a fault relating directly to item misuse. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the discretion of the Endeavour Tactical team following evaluation. Where reasonably practicable, we will always seek to repair an item, as a first resort. In instances where this is impractical we will then opt to swap your faulty product with a like-for-like replacement or alternative products to the value of the original purchase.

When returning faulty goods, please contact: email@example.com to arrange the return.
All items must be returned to the store with order details fully affixed inside the parcel and will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange the return of their item.
All items returned to Endeavour Tactical must be raised via email, any items returned to Endeavour Tactical via improper channels will be returned to sender.
